Port Police CP, Maikaba Commends MARAN On Professionalism, Constructive Reportage Of Maritime Sector

The Commissioner of Police, Ports Authority Police (Western) Command, CP Ibrahim Balarabe Maikaba has commended the Maritime Reporters Association of Nigeria (MARAN) and the Godfrey Bivbere led executives of the association on professionalism,constructive of maritime sector. pledged the command’s support for the association.
CP Maikaba also commended the oldest maritime journalists beat association on professionalism and  for its constructive reportage of the maritime sector and activities of the police Command.
Speaking during a visit to the Commissioner in Apapa Lagos on Thursday, President of MARAN, Mr Godfrey Bivbere stated that he and members of MARAN were at the Command Headquarters to familiarize themselves and show solidarity with the Commissioner of Police.
While assuring the CP of the association’s support, Mr Bivbere pledged that achievements of the command would be given wide coverage as the command plays a pivotal role in securing the gateway for international trade and foreign exchange earnings for the country.
CP Maikaba on his part appreciated the warm hands of fellowship extended to him, and pledged a cordial working relationship with the association.
