The President of the Africa Association of Professional Freight Forwarders and Logistics of Nigeria (APFFLON),  speaking on behalf of the leadership and members of the association, has congratulated Assistant Comptroller General (ACG) Frank Onyeka on his promotion in the Nigeria Customs Service.

In a statement signed by Otunba Frank Ogunojemite, President of APFFLON, the association described the promotion as a well-deserved recognition of Onyeka’s dedication, professionalism, and contributions to the growth and efficiency of the Service. It added that the new rank reflects his consistent commitment to duty and service improvement.

APFFLON expressed confidence that ACG Onyeka will continue to deliver in his new role and bring his experience to bear in advancing the objectives of the Service.

The association also congratulated Comptroller Joe Anani on his redeployment to the Tincan Island Command, describing the move as strategic and timely. It noted that his experience, discipline, and leadership skills will further strengthen operations at the command, especially in the areas of trade facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and revenue generation.

APFFLON commended the Comptroller-General of Customs and the management team for what it described as deliberate and strategic postings aimed at improving efficiency across the Service.

The association wished both Officers continued success in their new assignments.
