Clifford Kidney Foundation, foreign specialists set for transplant program at Badagry hospital

As part of efforts to provide intervention for patients suffering from challenges of kidney disorder, Clifford Kidney Foundation International is set to hold a three-day transplant in Nigeria in conjunction with a group of specialists from India and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and Nigeria.

CEO, Clifford Kidney Foundation International, Pastor Clifford Umeh disclosed this in an exclusive interview with the President, Maritime Reporters Association of Nigeria (MARAN), Mr. Godfrey Bibvere in Lagos

According to him, the experts would provide transplant intervention to not less than 30 kidney patients.

“The exercise will hold from November 7 -9 at the General Hospital Badagry at the cost of ₦40,000. Kidney transplant normally costs ₦15,000,000.

These specialists however decided to provide an intervention to support those who have challenges of both money and donor,” he said.

Kidney patients have been advised to come with a certified medical report and take advantage of the services that would be provided by the medical specialists to save lives at a cheaper and affordable cost.
