Nigeria is set to shine in the global oil and gas sector as foremost security outfit, Tantita Security Services Limited (TSSL) is confirmed as official sponsor of the 2025 Offshore Technology Conference (OTC).
To this end, a top official of the indigenous company  will be joining other representatives of related companies worldwide in cutting the ribbon at the opening ceremony of the annual event billed to take place in Houston Texas, United States of America, from May 5-8, 2025.
Executive Director, Technical and Operations of Tantita, Captain Warredi Enisuoh, in a statement on Friday said the company attracted the OTC conference lucrative sponsorship deal in recognition of its  laudable activities of securing Nigerias vast offshore oil facilities against theft and vandalism.

He disclosed that already, the company has been notified in an email signed by a Senior Manager of OTC, Jamie Zarda, informing him that Tantita’s logo will be hoisted on the opening ceremony webpage, and the event signage outside the hall proclaiming it’s sponsorship of the event.
Additionally, a Tantita’s representative will be accorded participation in the VIP special breakfast session, as well as a privileged special seating.
Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited was engaged by the Nigerian government to help in checking worrisome incidences of oil theft and facilities vandalism, particularly in the Niger-Delta region.
The company works in synergy with government agencies by leveraging local knowledge and surveillance technology to secure the nation’s oil facilities.
Founded in 1969, OTC is a premier annual event that brings together energy professionals from around the world to exchange ideas and advance scientific and technical knowledge for offshore resources and environmental matters.
The event attracts attendees from over 120 countries, including engineers, executives, researchers as well as policy makers-making it one of the largest gatherings in the offshore energy sector.
