News Emperor Students’Entrepreneurial Development Season 2 Holds Thursday

All is now set for the News Emperor magazine’s Students’Entrepreneurial Development (SEDS) slated for Thursday, December 12, 2024 .
It is scheduled to take place at the popular Princess (Dr.) Vicky Haasthrup Auditorium, Certified Institute of Shipping Nigeria, CISN Complex, Magbon Badagry, by 10am, Lagos and professional in attendance.
The much anticipated SED with the theme  “Entreprenureship, Career Building, and Skill Acquisition In A Conducive and Well Regulated Maritime Environment,” which is highly cherished by stakeholders and captains of industry as well as freight forwarding practitioners, is coming at a time when every Nigerian and every Nigerian sector is clamoring for entrepreneurship and skills acquisition.
The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Richword Communication and Media Services an affiliate of Truewitness Communication and Media Services, Pastor Ambrose Obioma Okehi, in a statement made available to Newspoint247, said the one-day career building and skill acquisition seminar will see participants drawn from Nigerian Universities, maritime institutions and including SSS 3 students of  some notable secondary schools (aiming to catch them young), will be brainstorming on issues that will enhance entreprenureship, career building and skill acquisition at a one-on-one mentorship and face-to-face interactions with maritime experts.
While the Special Guests of Honour s at the event are the former Minister  of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the President Master Energy Group, Hon. Uchechukwu Ogah
and Capacity Builder of maritime industry, Founder of NAGAFF and NNPP, Dr. Boniface Okechukwu Aniebonam.
Others are Aare (Asiwaju) Haruna Omolajomo, the Chief Executive Officer of Harrscom Logistics Nigeria Limited, and the Ececutive Secretary, Association of Bonded Terminal Owners of Nigeria.The two notable guest lecturers, an international maritime Consultant, Chief (Sir) Patrick Ogbo, a logistics expert and a maritime guru as well as Mr Okeke O. Okeke, Head of Department, HOD, Shipping Management, CISN who will be delivering various papers at the event.
According to Ambrose Okehi, the event iis meant to build Capacity, create  awareness about opportunities within the maritime domain, build skill and raise entreprenures and notify the government on the need for it and those in positions of authority as well as government agencies to embrace the spirit of capacity, entreprenureship, skill Acquisition for the good of Nigerian youths, graduates and undergraduate students as well as businessesmen and women.
